Mass Effect 2 Released

The sequel to BioWare's epic RPG was released at midnight last night. Mass Effect 2 promises to be just as good as the first and up the ante in nearly every way. For those of you who are fans of the first one, like me, you will be clamoring to get your zombie hands on this one. While I am personally holding out for Splinter Cell: Conviction (releasing on 2/23) I will most certainly be purchasing a copy of ME2 in the future. The first game had a superb feel to it and totally immersed the player into a galactic universe filled with interesting characters and a compelling story line. It instantly became a classic. Mainly because the choices you made in game impacted what happened later. I mean who can forget moments like having to shoot one of your best teammates, or the alien sex scene? Expectations are big on this one and reviews by IGN and Gamespot are up for your reading pleasure.
