So apparently server space is being freed up for something else (Natal maybe? ) and the xbox original games are being nixed off of the downloadable content on Live. April 15th is when the hammer drops. Xbox Live's "Major Nelson" Larry Hyrb wrote:

I personally couldn't give a hoot. Bring on the new stuff!! I wanna download ALL of my games in the future.
